Alumni card
Our alumni card helps you to unlock our campus and easily identifies you as a member of our community. You can use your card to borrow books from the Albert Sloman Library, join the gym at Colchester Evolve and it gives you access to campus based events like Alumni Sports Weekend, events at SubZero or The End. How to get an alumni card
You can apply for your alumni card online. You'll need to be registered with us before gaining access to this form. You can register here: Register Online. Please note that registration is only complete once your application has been approved - this is normally verified next working day.

To apply for a card you'll need to provide the following information:
- full name
- current address
- graduation year
- subject of study
- a colour head and shoulders photo (.jpeg)

If you've graduted since 2003 we'll have your student photo on record and we will use this unless you provide a different photo during your application.
We will aim to post your alumni card to you within 10 working days.
